Cancellation and Refund Policy:  For full refund, less $50 administrative fee, a notice of cancellation must be received in writing (email or fax) by Dec 15, 2016. The USCC will issue a 50% refund for cancellations made between December 16 and Dec 31, 2016. No refund will be after December 31, 2016. The USCC is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as travel and weather-related conditions, site conditions, or personal illness, and no refunds will be given in those situations.
